-It was a normal day for Piers, he roamed around the Galar region a lot lately. Ever since his little sister took over as gym leader, he’s had a lot of time on his hands. Since he was running out of places to explore, he decided to walk in the streets of Hammerlocke. Piers didn’t go there often because of a certain someone. Raihan. The dragon-eyed gym leader. Piers had always thought Raihan was too confident and tended to overlook his opponents, thus forth leading him to loose on some occasions. He didn’t really like talking about Raihan, or thinking about him in general. The last time he saw Raihan.... it caught Piers off guard. How he just popped up out of no where and started flirting with him. Piers didn’t know how to react, so he punched Raihan in the face. He didn’t even apologize. He just kept walking away. It nagged at Piers and made him feel guilty..... But he pushed that feeling aside. To Piers, emotions were weakness. And when there is weakness, there is targets for jerks and people who use you.

Piers learned a long time ago to never trust someone who smiles behind your back. He vowed to never love.... Even if the dragon leader was tempting and pulled his mind out of its hole every now and again..... Piers shook his head. *stop thinkin’ like that Piers! Raihan is a stupid, empty headed, self obsessed man. He was just flirting to get a reaction out of you!* And of course, at that very moment, Piers bumps into someone he wished he avoided. Raihan. *great......just great....* Raihan smiles, showing his fangs. “Hey Piers! How has it been going?” Piers stood and kept his eyes to the ground. “.......’m fine......” Raihan showed a little worry, but kept his smile. “That’s great, day would you like to-“ Piers immediately interrupted. “No.” And then started to walk away. Raihan didn’t want to resort to this, but it came naturally for him. He pulled Piers back by his hair. “Are you sure?? You didn’t even listen to what I was suggesting! “-camp out in front of Hammerlocke. Like the old times, when we were still kids and you...still liked to be around us... what do you say?” Piers was shaking. Most people didn’t know, but Piers hair is HIGHLY sensitive. One touch could potentially make him kick you in the balls. It only made it worse how Raihan PULLED his hair back. Piers was trying to keep himself together, but it was clouding his mind now. “S-sure mate...” Raihan smiled again and let go. “Awesome! Meet us in front of Hammerlocke with your camping stuff around... 7:00, ok?” Piers just nodded silently, still shocked at what Raihan did. Just as he was about to tell him off, Raihan walked off, leaving Piers speechless.

Piers stood there a minute, then ran all the way back to Spikemuth. Marnie was near the door at the time, and when she noticed he brother, she was slightly worried by Piers expression. “You okay big bro? You look like you’ve seen a ghost. And I don’t mean Allister.” Piers looked at her and nodded a little. “Y-yeah..... it’s just that.... that dragon-eyed jerk again...” Marnie sighed at this. “Why can’t you just admit you like him? But I am curious at what he did to you.” Piers was dumbfounded by this. “WHAT?! I DO NOT LIKE HIM!! AND I WILL NEVER!” His sister covered her ears. “Jeez... you sound like a pikachu fallin’ out of the sky without a parachute.“ Piers calmed down a little. “Fine.... He pulled my hair.” “WHERE IS HE?! I’LL KILL ‘EM!” Piers had to hold her down this time. “Look sis, I haven’t told ‘em about my hair’s sensitivity. And I got to go pack my stuff now...” Marnie raised a brow. “For what???” Piers walked towards his room. “I agreed to a camp out with that jerk...”

Marnie questioned this again. “Why????” This time, he got slightly annoyed. “CUZ’ I WAS THROWN INTO SHOCK AFTER HE PULLED MY HAIR!” “Ohhhhh.” Marnie understood. “Well, I’ll be fine. You go have fun with your crush.” She walked off. Piers rolled his eyes and opened his door. “I do not have a crush on ‘em......”-
