The creature felt someone in its presence. It looked up and around, but saw nothing. It continues to feast, its bat like wings folded on its sides. Before it was jumped by someone with a gun. It quickly flew off, but a bullet had hit its leg. It soon fell into another alleyway, a couple blocks away. It hid behind some trashcans so it can rest..hoping to survive with this wound.
