But a frickin motivational speech isnt really a good way to cheer someone up in this context. It's like you don't really care about the person you're saying it to in specific. You just are obligated to type something out because you made this post. Doesn't make for much motivation
You can say that all you want but for a lot of people it means nothing. You can give all the motivational prattle in the world and it would still mean nothing, because those people think that they're not deserving of motivational talks for one reason or another. You know, the "except me" comments on posts about how "everyone is perfect and good uwu"
And no matter what you try and do or say they'll still feel that way because they're not making a choice of feeling like that
Doesn't mean a small sample size represents everyone
(Though I could say the same to myself in this situation)
Why do you believe that you need to do this in specific instead of going onto someone's post when they're feeling down and giving them specific motivation or whatever? Why is this the best option?
