perhaps newer followers have no idea what I'm about to talk about but all my older followers, those who've seen Episodes 1 & 2 of this series, do. And I'll be a darned if I don't have news about this series.

For those who are newer I'll catch you up to speed about what Fated Wings is. It was originally planed to be an animated (more along the lines of an animatic) series I was making on here, it turned into a comic after the first episode because animating that much was really hard. After Episode 2 it's been sitting kinda dormant. Now that your caught up, I'll start with the thing people who knew about and liked this series want to know.

I am going to 100% redo the entirety of Fated Wings. I'm doing this because what is in Eps 1 & 2 is only a very very small fraction of the story I plan to tell. The story has also change from what it was, and Light and Shadow have both gotten better more interesting personalities. Not to mention all of the cut content I was going to have in Ep 1 that didn't make it in because FlipAnim was already throwing a tantrum.

The series will be overhauled and turned into a written format like the fanfics I share on this site. The chapters will have an anim relating to that chapter and the story in the comments. The only difference is after the prologue and first chapter I plan on switching POVs often. (like every other chapter). This is what I believe to be the BEST option for Fated Wings. I can flush out the characters more and better tell the story I have for them.

This will also help prevent me from getting burnt out as quickly and for as long like with the original episodes. I don't know how meany of you will dislike this and wish for the comic/animated version back; but, honistly this is the only way I see myself continuing this series going forward. I would like to say with this new change comes another idea that maybe implemented for some chapters. Before (or maybe after) the release of a chapter, if I feel like it I might make a small animation relating to it. Not dialogue or anything (unless it's after a chapter and it's part of a fight scene than maybe dialogue.) just the characters being partly animated like originally planed. Hypothetically these would have little color, to no color, but possibly higher quality animation. I don't know as this idea is still up in the air and I don't know if I'd do it.

The biggest point I'm trying to get across here is that this series is not canceled. And I only hope the best for it moving forward.
