Well I mean
Hm.
I don’t know how to explain my personal opinion but I do mostly agree with you-
And what I don’t agree with you on is nothing I’d start an argument over ^^
People can have their opinions and so can I
also, most pro-life people aren’t that aggressive about their beliefs. Most of them moreso believe that women shouldn’t be able to get an abortion for no reason, and that abortion is murdering a baby, and that it would be better if a pregnant woman carried to term and gave the baby up for adoption rather than aborting it
1) I identify as queergender, because i have no idea what the hell i am, does that mean my identity is a slur? I wouldn't call someone queer if they didn't identify as it, and I don't use it in a derogatory way. Like the n-word- poc can use it, others shouldn't
2) I know most pro-life people /are/ like that. But my mom is /very/ loud about it, preaching about it whenever she gets the chance. I'm mostly talking to people like that. Sorry if it didn't come across like that.
yeah, you can reclaim it for yourself, but saying LGBTQ is calling ALLLLLLL LGBT people the q slur. I, for one, never want to be called that. Reclaim it for yourself all you want, but by including it in the acronym you're calling everyone it
(also, yes, ur gender is a slur, im not gonna pretend to be nice to a cis girl that basically insults gnc and trans folk)
Alright, I can understand where you're coming from with the first part. I'll try to be more mindful next time.
Also, I'm not cis. I've used it/its pronouns for about three months now, they/them for a year, and I've fluctuated between she/he multiple times. This is why I call myself queergender. I was born a girl, sure, but I don't use she/her all the time because i dont like being called a girl all the time. Hope this clears some things up!
You can't stop people from talking to you just for who they like better or what they support. Say if your best friend became a Trump supporter and supported the opposite of the things up there and did not tell you, yall would still be best friends. So when your best friend comes out and tells you that they are a Trump supporter and tell you that they don't support any of that stuff up there, would you unfriend them on the spot?
Well, all of my best friends also hate trump (and agree with all the stuff I do, it's part of the reasons why we're all friends), so i dont have to worry about that. But, hypothetically, if they did, they would have to have become a very different person, so yes, I would probably unfriend them or try to convince them otherwise.
Also, You're right, I can't stop people from talking to me if they support that stuff- but I sure don't have to like them. The same goes for arguing. If someone else comes across my stuff and doesn't believe the same stuff as me, whatever. If someone comes across my stuff and starts saying how I'm wrong /because/ of one of the things listed, /that's/ where I have a problem.
