First off! A note: This wwyd does take place during the victorian era, as in there is no modern technology, though it is a slightly modernized victorian era so like.. Machine things are resistant, just not vehicles or things like that, respect that this wwyd is based in the past. ALSO! Yes this wwyd does have slight blood depictions(in text form because its being typed out) so if you are uncomfortable with the idea of blood or a character being brought to near death, please refrain from doing this wwyd, or just try not to think much on the subject of the scenario

Scenario: Your oc was working on a project with Edison in his workshop and was asked to go get an extra part from the back closet thats just filled with spare parts, so, your oc goes and does as said, and then hear a loud sound of something exploding, then run back into the room they left edison in, there was pieces of metal and gears and all kinds of things that once made up the machine that your oc and edison were making, your oc quickly looks around to find edison and then see him, sitting against a back wall with a very large piece of metal stuck in his left shoulder, but the size of the metal, it was also slightly in his chest, he seemed to not be messing with it but looked to be in a lot of pain, he was also bleeding quite a bit, so, wwyd?

Edison: -did manage to stand but is using the wall to assist himself- ...i-ill be alright..

Edison: -winces- -he then quickly puts a hand ovef the injury, trying to keep from bleeding out- ...a-attached the wrong wire to one part and th-the thing o-over heated... Th-then exploded... -winces again-

Edison: ..seeing as how th-the bandages were only just now applied.. I-i cant say for certain.. I.. Im still in a bit of pain.. -winces-

Edison: -stands, wincing because his shoulder still hurts, the bandages looking to be already covered in blood-

Edison: -he made his way back to his desk, and makes sure nothing got damaged in the explosion-

Edison: .... -sees that nothing on the desk is damaged then sighs-
