It's not copying the image, as we've discussed multiple times. It's illegal if he COPYED it and made it his own. It's NOT illegal if he made a very similar thing to it. There's the difference. And plus, you can take an image and keep it for all eternity if it's not copyrighted.

Most images on google, you need to credit them. It took 5 minutes, but it was credited. Case closed. Don't say that time is valuable, because in reality, it's not gonna matter in 5 minutes.
