First and foremost, telling someone to touch grass can be extremely rude as they may not have access to grass in their area. The reason it is ableist is because some people are allergic to grass and telling them to touch grass is basically a death threat. They may also live in an apartment, and telling them to go outside it pretty much telling them to jump out of the window and kill themselves.
