LinkWhat you do is you make an anim. THen if you want it as your pfp, then you make it publish the anim, and then when you go to your profile, there should be this little bar right over any anime of yours and it says "Make avatar" or whatever.
You click that as then there ya go

LinkI'm not that great at explaining things but if you go to your profile rn and look at this animation (not clicking it I just mean look at it from that tab) then you'll see the "make avatar" thing over the picture
