I came across an abandoned city, the sun glared down, shining against the broken windows of many apartments. As I searched around, I started noticed a musty odor, and looked around, patches of thirsty grass patted around. No sign of humanity. I decided to find shelter, or somewhere to start off from. Dusty clouds circled the sky, I became more desperate for shade as the sun sent waves of heat, beating down on the run down city. I found a small apartment, windows boarded up, pillars of wood barely held up the building, creaking screeches echoing across the room. It wasn't much, but it was all I had. I think I might stay for a bit.
