Only realistic explanation for that might be mild Ichthyosis. He’s still royalty but his home was killed by demons and he escaped thanks to his mother, he’s still stuck up but is working on it. Joined the corps for revenge on demons but lost the will and just fights because it’s his job but he needs determination somehow. Rn tho he’s looking for someone strong enough to kill him so he can see his momther again Uh Yes and then he found her, hasn’t asked her to kill him yet but he follows her since he looked up to her back then. Of course- Just a head-canon, I’ve never actually roleplayed with this person’s character I just like to make lore for every drawing I make. Hh
