Have you gotten checked for anxiety at all? I used to be like that going to school and it turned out I had severe generalized anxiety lmaoo
If you have I’d look into meds, they helped me

I have severe social anxiety and generalized anxiety and i do take meds for it but theyre not working i think its coz i just thought for a real long time i was being stupid and that everyone has anxiety while that is true i def need meds but ill try to talk to my doctor.
