They keep eggs and newly hatched dragonets in their pouches, as dingoes were known to attempt to raid hatcheries before most of them stopped existing due to this problem. They are the largest and strongest tribe on Pantheria. The mane palace is located on a tall rock, and is one of the few places a hatchery can be found, because dingoes cannot get to the eggs.

They live in the most dangerous part of Pantheria. Dragonbite vipers live in the kingdom and through an accident it was found that platypus venom can kill a dragon. Due to their environment they are unable to use most Timewing inventions and have the least advanced tech out of all the tribes.

Roowings have tight knit family groups, and dragonets will often have the same or similar jobs to their parents. Because of this the queen is chosen through a death match, but through a set of challenges to pick the strongest and smartest queen. If the challenger looses they must wait a year at least before challenging again, and if the queen looses, she can never challange for the thrown again.
