Explanation. It is cold because they reside in MX tower. That big building in the anim. The room used water to regulate temperatures of the tech, but it froze over time because NEXA took over and temperatures dropped. This is currently affecting the big prism that holds NEXA. It's just the big main circuit, basically It's an easy fix. But it has already damaged the prism. Why is no one maintaining it? Idk. I'm not that far yet. But, I would like to just pretend for now that NEXA is trying to cause the damage.
