Just leave the phone it warns your brain about stay awake bcz of the light the phone does leave it and after like 30 minute you will able to sleep you can read a book if ypu want
Oh ok but you are on computer tablet etc. to acces FA right? The point is you shouldn't look at technological tools if you want to sleep they will not let you sleep my eng is bad sorry.
