Linkso first, I draw the rough sketch in the default black color. make the details( if it has any). then, I make the background, and then I make the lines for the border. copy the layer, paste it, turn it. now I copy paste that line to the first layer of the border. now I delete the extra layer. then copy that, and paste and turn. DONE! then I make the sketch, color it. then, I set the opacity of the desired color to 0.1, make the hilights. DONE WITH THE DRAWING!!
