nope, ive been 2 therapy once before but i stopped going bc i wasnt able 2 open up so there was no point
thats how i got diagnosed with anxiety tho
uff— man i feel sorry for that… i recently stopped going to therapy because my therapist was to political and WAYYY 2 religious
