so honestly it kinda depends what the girl was wearing cause if she was wearing like. revealing clothes, it could have just caught the teachers eye and stuff. but if it wasnt revealing clothes and the teacher was deliberately looking there then that's just kinda weird.
well then that's fair, but I'm pretty sure it would defy dress code..
and unless her nipples got hard or some shit then it'd still require looking at her chest to see she has no bra
