also it itches like crazy i do not recommend using kt tape if u cant handle a little itchiness. unless u can find a brand that wont make u itch? the one im using does and its kinda like mild torture but its better than a binder to me

AND AFTER U TAKE IT OFF LET IT HEAL FOR A DAY OR TWO AFTERWARDS!! dont just apply more tape immediately after trust me ok u will regret it omce ur skin is torn off and u need a shower so u get in and ur chest feels like its on fire
