Also, I find it crazy that my entire time researching and thinking I had BPD, I was always told "People with BPD don't actually know they have it!! There's no way you'd have BPD, because you're aware of the symptoms and how you act!!" and then I got diagnosed with BPD like literally a few months later, (3 weeks ago)
