Her quirk is called Nervous breakdown (not a real quirk in mha i did re-search and made it up) When coming face to face with a person (presumably hero or villain) She has to pursue in hand to hand combat. When she touch's a part of the persons body where there nerves connect, she can make that part of their bodys nerves. Go rogue or stiff, causing them to feel immense pain or any other feeling the nervous system can obtain. She wears gloves because sometimes without warning her quirk goes off on it's own and whatever or whoever she's touching, will feel what her nerves are feeling.
