me when my silly little brain meds i take cause my silly little brain physically cannot produce seratonin on its own make it harder for me to sleep

my other silly little goofy brain meds for the other problem i have also make me very sensitive to heat and i could very likely have a heat stroke seizure yooo

havinf seizures SUCKS like thank god i live in manchester so its only hot for like a few days outta the year 😭😭but then it gets super hot when it does get hot
