aw that sucks but that does often happen to people maybe try listening to calming music or sounds and maybe just try to rest or practice your breathing in a calm and nice manner

maybe you could listen to something else maybe rain sounds and sit there practice on your breathing and let your mind drift off clear it out completely and just breathe and smile
