Well in that case the have no internal organs and the baby is probably the size of them.
In that case, they should be dead.
The chest area is way too big, plus it’s also way too low. I’d look at some anatomy to see how people do draw female’s, and get some ideas from there.
But I think it’s still cute. ^^
