OTA = Offer To Adopt, you have to essentially trade one of your ocs for this one, or make one to trade DTA = Draw To Adopt, you have to draw art of this character. after a week, if i haven't accepted any OTA offers, i'll pick a DTA submission randomly so that it's fair for everyone
