Have him being chased by a giant monokuma he will have something on him getting heavier and heavier but he sees something possibly being an escape but it just something fake and the monokuma rips him to sheards
or maybe be in a race with a few other monokumas and come in last and the monokuma tears him up GOD im animating this eventually
this excution shall be PAINFUL ok so
he is in a race racing a few monokumas as the race begins Monokuma the main one is in a truck going fast he has something getting heavier slowing him down as he watches the monokumas reach the presumable escape he runs as fast as he can and runs into a cardbard box and Monokuma crushes him and he can see all his frenids during this
yes something to get porgivsily heavier making it more and more painful to run
