made this anim because some people were convinced that i wasn't make adopts ever again because i said i wasn't going to make otas anymore. of course i'm going to make adopts still, they'll just be 100% free now. There's just no more otas, there will be raffles, nfcfs's, dta and stuff like that. just no otas.
