LinkSo when I was always younger I was just really emotional, and my mom always say "Your fine", or "that not that big of a deal", "Just laugh it off". And when I get older she does that to me and I just learn to not even talk to her about my problem and when she ask me what wrong I just say "Im good" or "Im fine"

understandable. you dont have to do that though nor is it good for you. you can always talk to me and i will always find a way to help you. you wont bother me and you wont make me feel down. you dont have to feel bad when talking to me i promise. i want to help you in any way i can. if you ever feel down ill be here for you to talk to about it.
hey you can always talk to us. we will listen, will not judge you or anything else mean. we will sit there and we will listen and help you no matter what your going through i hope you get better:( but bottling up emotions is so much worse .
