"Oh, no.." i whisper. I grab the nape of the kit's neck, and gently carry him off of the Thunderpath. Just in time , too, because a monster roars past a second after, its stench making BlueKit squirm. I place him gently on the ground, unsure what to do. His leg shouldn't be facing that way, should it? "WildFlower!" I hear someone yowl. I breathe a sigh of relief. It's Greystripe, leading a patrol. "Greystripe!" I yell back. "Go get Jayfeather! Bluekit is injured!" His yellow eyes widen. Not wasting another second, he turns around and sprints back to the camp, moving swiftly despite his age. I am alone. Now the kit is going to live, nothing else matters.
