Well, basically.. The shaded part at the top covers the word 'Cancer' All the gore and crap resemble all the pain, misery, and pretty much just Cancer itself. I more of made this because I've been thinking about my Pa, who passed from Cancer on September 2nd.. The cat pretty much just resembles my Pa, and yeah. That's about it.
