Rea rolled over in the meadow, the tall grass tickled her nose as butterflies floated in the summer breeze.

Rea stretched out her legs. The sun was warm on her fur, making her want to fall asleep until the day was gone. But a growl in her stomach woke her. She opened her eyes and blinked.

Rea saw a shape bound into the meadow and sprung to her paws. She peered, but the grass was tall. Hiding the shape.

Rea purked up her ears," Hello?" She called. The meadow went quiet...

Rea smelled blood. She flattened her ears and crept forward...she was swift and flexible...barely moving the grasses around her as she creeped closer to the metal like smell.

Rea fell flat on her side as the new creature growled over her. Her eyes grew extremely wide but she stayed still. Not daring to move. She opened her mouth and whispered," I am a friend, not foe." She wouldn't look the creature in the eyes, scared they would take it as a challenge.

Rea shook her head slowly," Why would I joke about something with some snarling creature over me? I just wish to live. I am Rea, just a simple wolf living her life here in these woods." She dared to look up,her blue eyes gleamed in the summer sunshine.

Rea sat up and flicked her tail, watching him," What do you mean exactly?" She watched him closely, scared he would attack her again. She gulped at the sight of his scorpion tail.

Rea didn't say anything for a moment. She tilted her head," Tested on..?" She looked confused for a second..." I'm trying to remember if i've been tested on...but all my memories are blurry..."

Rea shuttered at the blood surrounding him," I dont have a pack," She looked away before perking up again," Maybe I could join yours!! I promise i'll be good, i'm a REALLY good hunter!!" She gave him large puppy eyes.

Rea blinked her eyes at him, batting her eyelashes," Please???"

Rea smiled," I have a few tricks. " She said simply.

Rea's face went blank," Why? Do you all kill each other for fun? Doesn't sound like a pack to me." She flicked her blue tail," Sounds like you all hate one another."

Rea went silent. She looked away from him," I never asked your name." She looked back at him, her face blank.

Rea kicked the female wolf in the chest with her back legs, sending her though the air," i'm DONE with being attacked today." Rea said coolly as she got into a fighting stance.

Rea snapped her jaws at him," Don'r growl at ME. Lemme guess, this is one of the females in your pack." She spat at him.

Rea trotted behind them. Not wanting to be attacked from behind. She was already starting to trust Oscar and kept on the side of him, making him stay in the middle.

Rea lied down near him, looking at him from the corner of her eyes.

Rea looked around at all the wolf,dog and even some cat like creatures. She didn't feel out of place with her bright colorful fur now.

Rea lied down and closed her eyes. She curled her blue tail around her and tried to make herself as small as possible. The sun was starting to set now. The sky turned into a rainbow as night took over the day.

Rea felt something around her but didn't think it was Oscar, so she kept her eyes closed. She felt herself drift off into dreams. The sky was a deep blue now. Stars speckled the sky and an owl hooted a little ways away. The night was still. After a few hours dawn broke the sky. The sun warmed the lands below and brought light into the camp.

Sunlight shone right into Rea's eyes, making her wake up. She yawned and sat up. She looked around and almost jumped out of her skin when she saw Oscar lying next to her. The white fur on her face turned pink as she blushed. Rea slowly got up and walked out of the bushes. It seemed she was the only one up at the moment.

Rea tilted her head at him," What do you mean? I told you, I have a few tricks. I WILL NOT die." She said fiercely.

Rea didn't say anything.

Rea held back a giggle as Oscar was tackled.

Rea snorted and rolled her eyes," I did. Its Rea. " She smiled at the female fox, wanting to be friendly.

Rea swished her tail, hoping she would come along. She did want to meet more of the animals in the pack.

Rea trotted after them. Not staying anything.

Rea looked around, she didn't know how she already lost sight of ocscar and jupiter. She stopped. The forest was dead silent. Not even the leaves swaying in the wind seemed to be silent. The fur on the back of her neck stood up.

Rea quickly pulled her lips back, showing her teeth. Her fur bristled and she growled," Show youself!"

Rea growled so hard her body shook,she wanted to cry. She hated feeling defenseless, she hated being attacked. Yesterday she was happy. Now in the last 12 hours she has been attacked and toyed with. She wanted to scream. So she did. She screamed so loudly it hurt even her own ears. Soundwaves shook the ground and the air around her and the creature.

Rea's scream became even more severe. It shook the trees and made the ground shake. She twisted and wiggled under oscar, not knowing it was him and thinking she was about to die. Tears flowed out of her shut eyes and made a pool around her face. She stopped screaming. And sobbed instead.

Rea's whole body shook and she opened her eyes. She saw the tip of the scorpion tail..and remembered that Oscar had one. She looked up-saw his face and shut her eyes quickly," I hate you."

Rea curled up," Why not just kill me now? That would be so simple for you. I bet you would enjoy it." She blinked a few tears out of her eyes," I bet Juniper would enjoy it too. I bet you would laugh as you watched me die." She said this all with a blank face, her voice monotone.

Rea didn't look at him, she was quiet. She pulled herself up. Until she was facing him.

Rae didn't fall for the tease. She sighed. " Your right. I dont belong in your pack. And to think," She shook her head," I trusted you for a while. Thought I found a friend. Wow, im stupid huh?"

rea stood her ground and lifted her head," Reasonable? Oh sure~ ill be reasonable." She put on a fake smile.

Rea trotted after Oscar, passing Juniper, hitting her in the face with her tail as she passed. She looked over her shoulder at her," Oops~" She said in a sickly sweet voice.

Rea snorted and ripped the vines with her claws. She flicked an ear," So are we gonna hunt or are both of you just gonna toy with me?" she rolled her eyes. She already hated being here, it was obvious that she will always be hated.

Rea looked at their annoyed faces and her ears drooped. She didn't want to be annoying. So she turned to Juniper," Juniper...I'm sorry." She looked at the back of Oscars head," Im sorry to you too Oscar. Im just a pain in the tail."

Rea felt even more stupid now. She shut her mouth and didn't look them in the eyes. She hoped she could at least redeem herself with her hunting skills.

Rea saw what they were doing and looked around. She saw a thick tree with string branches and quietly, and very quickly scrambled up the tree. She was completely silent as she walked onto a strong branch and perched herself on it.

Rea smirked and leaped-right into the air. She hit the ground-grabbed the rabbit in her jaws and rolled, softing her landing. As she rolled she bit hard into the neck of the rabbit, killing it. She sat up to her paws and set down the limb body of the rodent giving Juniper and Oscar a proud look.

Rea's look was wiped off her face and her whole face turned red," God...im worthless." She mumbled under her breath. She looked at ther catch and poked it with a claw, suddenly sick to her stomach.

Rea walked past Oscar with her head low. She lied down in the bushes and curled up, shivering.

Rea dared to look him in the eyes," What happened?" She asked quietly.

Rea looked at the birds glossy feathers, she pushed one to Oscar and pulled the other one closer. " Thank you.." She said as she took a bite.

Rea ate silently. When she was finished she pushed the remains away. She looked at Oscars sleeping face. It was calm, he looked even...happy? Rea wished he always looked like that, but she was stuck with the grumpy side of him. Rea pulled herself up and sat outside of the bushes. Looking up into the full sky she felt a little calmer. She didn't sleep that night but watched the sun rise.

Rea looked into the den," Morning." She said.

Rea tilted her head," Did you sleep well?" she was trying her best to be friendly.

Rea smiled a little," I'm glad to hear that," but her smile twitched," Didn't you say someone named...Plant wanted to talk to me?"

Rea giggled softly," Someone forgot~" she teased.

Rea followed quickly, ignoring all the other pack members she kept to Oscars side.

(scree scree) Rea's fur spiked up from the cold of thw waterfall. The droplets sank into her thin fur onto her skin, making her shutter. She kept close to Oscars side.

Rea looked at him, in a low voice she said," Do i...go in by myself? I thought you were coming too..." She shifted from paw to paw. Her blue eyes darted from Oscar to the cave.

Rea looked at him one last time before turning and walking into the mouth of the cave, being swallowed by the cold darkness.

Rea lowered her head, keeping her eyes on plant. She didn't know what to do, she stood there, the crystals flickering on her white, brown and blue pelt while her heart fluttered like a captured sparrow.

Rea stood there confused, but her fur bristled. If she needed to fight she would. She could feel her whole body tense.

Rea jumped backwards and rolled, flinging the figure off her. They seemed lighter than Oscar, already making this fight easier for her. She growled and snapped her jaws at the figure, Tar was his name. He was quite handsome,a ashy grey coat,white neck fur and round eyes and ears.

Rea slid to the side quickly, using her speed and flexibly to her advantage. She leaped in the air and landed on Tar's back, she sank her claws into his shoulders and leaned to the side, rolling them both and pinned Tar.

Rea jumped off and landed on her paws. She panted and faced Tar, eyes burning blue fire. She locked eyes with him and stood, tensed...waiting for his next move.

Rea stood still. Muscles tensed and waiting. She needed to impress Plant. She needed to be in this pack. She could NOT be killed, she growled, showing long white teeth.

Rea saw what he was doing, she forced herself, and her morals protested, but as he passed Rea leaped onto him, pinning him down again. She closed her jaws around one of his ears and jerked her head. She tasted blood. And she hated that taste.

Rea could feel pain spreading from her neck into her whole body. But this only made her angry. She howled and raced at him with new speed. She seemed to only be a blur of white. She leaped at his throat and bit down hard. She didn't let go. Warm blood seeped into her mouth. She slammed her eyes shut and bit down harder. This wasn't right, this isn't why Rea wanted to join a pack. She let go of Tars neck and jumped back, spots danced in her eyes as blood poured out of her neck. She felt herself fall. Then all was dark.

Rea lifted her head and shoulders up. Some type of bandage was around her neck. She cleared her throat," W-wh-what happened..? The last thing I remember is...falling down." She winced," I showed I was too weak huh?" She couldn't look at Oscars face, scared he would yell at her.

Rea's ears picked up," Really?? Impressed? With me?" A puppy's grin broke on her face.

Rea looked at the ground around her, and sure enough...she was lying on a bed of pale glowing crystals. she looked up at cookie with large grateful eyes," Thank you Cookie." She said with a large smile.

Rea's smile was swiped of her face as Oscar left.She set her face on the cool crystals. The tail of Oscar's scorpion tail disappeared into the world outside.She sighed and wondered if she will ever gain his friendship.

Rea gave her a smile smile," Jupiter! Im glad to see you!" She pointed at the bandage around her neck with a claw," Do you think that will leave a good scar?" She asked with a playful glance.

Rea flicked her tail and wrapped it around her back paws," Well...I walked into the cave, and Plant was there. He said something about if I want to join I fight for what I want. Then Tar attacked me, we fought and I ripped his ear...then he bit into my throat," She motioned to her bandage," After that I bit into his....I blacked out after that." She cleared her throat, which was sore and slightly hot.

Rea looked extremely confused,

Rea just rasied and eyebrow," I meant I bit into his T H R O A T Jupiter." She shook her head and tried to stand up. She hoisted her sore body with a grunt,

Rea looked at Tar," I'll be right out. " She walked over to Tar," Hey.." She said sweetly. Tar raised his head," You fought very well...but thanks for not killing me." She smiled and limped out of the hut after Jupiter.

Rea limped to Jupiter's side," So! What are we going to do today?" She asked.

Rea's face flushed, remembering the day Oscar had given her the cold shoulder for scaring off the prey," How about you introduce me to the pack mates instead?" She asked in a squeak.

Rea looked at all the pack members, each were so different and unique. She was in utter awe.

Rea snapped back and looked at Vanilla," Hello! Im Rea!" She held out a paw.

Rea took his paw and shook it gently but quickly," Nice to meet you Vanilla! I just joined the pack, but i've been with Oscar for a while now too. You might have seen me..." She wrinkled her eyebrows when she said Oscars name but her happy smile came back.

Rea cocked her head, flopping her ears," Sorry I dont understand..." She turned and saw Oscar, and her fur around her face flushed red," I have to go." She said quickly and limped/speed walked out of the camp.

Rea's whole face was red as she walked though the woods. She found herself back into her old meadow. The sun shone brightly on the tall grass, while her old den in a hollowed out log. She walked through the grasses and over to it, memories flooded over her and she sat inside the entrance. Looking up into the blue sky.

The sun started to set now, and Rea hoisted herself up from her old memories. She tried to remember if she grew up in this meadow...but, she couldn't think of anything. Her heart fluttered. She thought about her parents. Nothing About siblings. Nothing. About anything related to her childhood. Nothing.

Rea started to panic,why couldn't she remember anything?? She frantically shut and opened her eyes, thinking that will help. The only image and feeling that faded into her head was the blurry image of a pale skin colored face and the feeling of large paws on her body, with long,slender and cold fingers.

Rea opened her eyes wide at him," I cant remember.." She turned around quickly and turned back," I CANT REMEMBER!!"

Rea hit her head with her paws," I can't remember anything Vanilla!! My parents,siblings, MY PAST!!" She put her paws into the earth and sliced the ground with her claws in fury.

(Russia left btw) Vanilla left in a hurry, while Rea paced around the meadow, trying her best to get some type of clue to her past.

Rea sat down and growled, pinching her eyes shut. A new face slowly faded into view, it was blurry but they looked similar, the same face..same eyes. But he was a sandy brown color. Rea opened her eyes wide, who was that?? Her brother? Her father? Some type of kin? She leaped to her paws and limped quickly to camp, not noticing now late it was.

Rea limped into camp right past the bush Oscar was in," Oscar! I need to talk to you!" She whispered into the bush den they slept in.

Rea looked at him in the eyes," Get off Oscar," She put her paws on his chest and pushes him gently," Please."

Rea glared at him," I WAS going to tell you something but your acting like a moody teenage pup so why should I?" She turned on her paws and slipped into the den.

Rea sniffled quietly, she thought that after she proved herself to Plant that Oscar would accept her and trust her. After meeting him thats all she wanted. Too gain his trust. She wiped her nose with a paw, while closing her eyes.

Rea didn't even care, she put her head next to his shoulder and slept better than any other night. Day broke the sky soon enough. Birds sang outside,the gurgle of the waterfall seemed to become awake as well as it spoke to the camp.

Rea was still silently asleep. Her face and paws twitched in her sleep and she rolled over, breaking the warm bond that they has shared without even knowing. She mumbled something about crystals.

Rea growled in her sleep but remained still. It seemed she wouldn't wake for a while.

Rea grunted something that sounded like," When rabbits fly..." and let out a slight snore.

Rea opened an eye," What..? Oh, okay.." She hoisted herself up and stretched her back; yawning.

Rea shook her body and swished her tail," What was I saying?" She asked with another yawn. She blinked her eyes to stay awake.

Rea blinked," What secret? The one about me not having my memory?" She asked stupidly.

Rea didn't understand," I dont have any secrets Oscar...because i DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING." She stated flatly. " Dont get your tail in a knot thinking i have lots of little juicy secrets." She tossed her head while rolling her eyes.

Rea looked at little startled at his growl," Why do you growl and snap at me all the time?? One minuite you hate me, the next your all sweet??" She stomped her foot and pouted.

Rea pinned her ears," Don't ignore me!" She demanded.

Rea snapped and stormed out of the den, she walked over to the waterfall and let the icy droplets cool off her face. She was fuming at Oscar.

Rea went over to Jupiters den," Jupiter?" She asked.

Rea had to cough to hide a fit of laughter at cookies face," Juniper! Lets go hunting! Come on now~" She called.

Rea snorted," Come on Jupiter! Don't leave meh hangin!!"
