Shoulder shrugging or head boobing you make two layers draw the head on the first layer and the neck and rest of the body on the other use the drag tool on the head to lower it. if you want to duplicate the 1st slide so there are three slides it makes it smoother and for shoulder shrug in the same thing but on 3rd slide raise the shoulder also have different emotion on the 3rd slide
