i dont really have an animating sketch nor do i draw any guides to help me, i just straight up draw bodies to save time which is why my anatomy is so ass lmao but i do sometimes draw a head as a guide to figure where my dude is going to move but other than that i dont really have an animating process i kinda just DO it. sorry if this didnt help
