I think you've got a nice style if you're going for a classic Disney look, but there are a few anatomy issues I've noticed just scrolling through your page like the size of the head being a bit too big and the fur indicationy bits look a bit too uniform to me at least. I think you should try smooth shading more, you seem to have a knack for it! Your color palettes are also very nice, combining the darker colors of your persona with pastels or lighter colors a lot of the time which makes the character stand out I didn't think a color rating would really work to express what I thought so
