why am I always talking about my meds

i genuinely can't read when I'm not on my meds I barely can when I am on them so when we're reading in English I keep my phone out and have white noise playing in my earbuds and my teacher just doesn't say anything and idk if she thinks I have an accommodation that let's me listen to music because I don't or she's just being nice

i stopped drinking monster because I was drinking it too often and Im so scared my heart is just gonna stop but I drank one today cuz I wasn't on my meds and caffeine does something similar kinda but I didn't rlly work probably cuz I didn't chug it
