Ok so spottedleafs hope has a bit where she's an apprentice (the equivalent to a child in elementary to middle school) and another cat..who is a warrior named Thrushpelt (the equivalent to a full grown adult to 50 or something) dating. They try to make it a grooming story but paint it as a happy, go-lucky and sweet relationship. And yeah, I know that it's in Spottedleaf's perspective, but they should add like ..some self reflection???

It's painted as good..until Thrushpelt grooms her into going into the dark forest..and then she sees him kill someone. That's the only time where she decides it's not a good idea to date him

I feel like the relationship should've ended sooner..and later after it was over, she sees him kill someone and it justified her reason to leave, along with the mental abuse
