yo I had like a whole motivational paragraph typed out but I'm just gonna say dude it takes a lot of time to improve, never give up, I've been drawing most my life and only now am I starting to see how much I've improved. if you decide animation isn't your thing, that's okay, but still try, and if you want to animate, practice, look up tips to animation, just keep trying
