Yeah, that’s a problem. You need to ask for permission, or you risk getting the website taken down or better yet you could get sued.

I wouldn’t take any risk, I do Digital coding and tried to make a website, and google took it down just like that. They take there terms of policy very seriously.

Hold old are you guys again just asking? and uh basically google coordinates with Apple safety’s, so you if you have something missing/stolen/ unfair used/ something with incorrect age restrictions/ then google or the apple services will remove your website.

All the terms must be followed, or yeah consequences pretty self-explanatory. Think of it as not following the YouTube guidelines, and you get copyrighted, and your channel then gets deleted.

google & apple safety don't really have control over public deploys, depending on which service you use. i've owned a few websites (including pineapplerind.ga) and not had any takedown requests

the difference though between youtube and your own website is that everyone's websites aren't running under one service that has control over everything.

Okay so let’s say you go to one of those download YouTube videos for free websites, okay? You scroll a bit, the website says everything is fairly used, google says it fine. BUT, your apple device ( tells you there’s a virus or something is unsecured about the website, and it may block the website automatically for you, or it might ask you to do a service check. In conclusion- Apple Safari Defeats Google, so basically I’m saying that apple might say your website is unsafe for some reason.

And yeah, In the past I’ve experienced my apple devices wanting to reset because it thinks a virus is on google, or on a google website.

the reason why apple safari on iOS blocks those websites is that they're KNOWN to be malicious and pose a threat to the user. flipanim v2 on the other hand, has no intention of being malicious and causing harm to users also one thing i didn't understand in your comment is "Apple Safari Defeats Google". Google is a search engine, not a website host: it doesn't present the website to you, it shows you a link to the website. what you meant was "Apple Safari Defeats <malicious site here>"

actually the only thing i've experienced developing flipanim v2 that is privacy related was a certain browser that blocks ads and trackers blocked the site's own internal requests.

I tried to turn it off, and he also put it on his Monitor. It just crashes on some websites it crashes YouTube all day though which is annoying. I just don’t understand why he can’t pay 100$ a year for a good vpn, that has been sponsored many times like he has a job.
