topic: emperors emperors of the neckain empire, Neckos Empire, are powerful beings from the Litino family. now, the only rule of being a neckain ruler is; "you must be a descendant of the first emperor Neckos Litino or part of the Litino family." could also mean adopted children cannot be emperors. emperors have more power then empresses. emperors are males in the first 1000 years of the empires reign. until genderless neckains earned themselves rights and were allowed to rule and make their own decisions. the first genderless emperor was Bali Litino. when they got power, they made most of the rights for the genderless neckains of the empire. Bali was murdered at the age of 46 because some neckains didn't like how Bali ruled. Bali didn't even live the average life span lol (neckains live for 120 years). early emperors wore dress like robes with silvers and golds. then the emperor clothing changed. the dress like robe, is now meant to be made to resemble the neckain gods. because emperors are believed to-

-be their gods choices and special creations, made to keep order and rule over neckains. they believed emperor Neckos was a god himself, since he made and put together the empire. emperors now, have changed with more rules to help keep cruelty from rulers out of bounds. the clothing changed as well. they are allowed to wear anything they please, but are still meant to wear dress-like-robes when doing important things, like travelling to other countries to pay respects to fallen soldiers/knights/warriors or to visit for special things. and thats all im telling you.
