i just dowhatevr i want and i dont care enough about anyone or anything

i get mad and frustrated over other people being sad and expressing it and i feel so bad about it. its not their fault im ****ed up and cant talk about how i feel. all i want is for all of my friends to shut up like i do even tho i know thats wrong and selfish and mean and unhealthy
