Really good! only little thing i would fix is how the eye kibnd of shrinks. instead you should duplicate the layer, and maybe cut off a bit of the top and bottom part o the eye then re-outline. then have the eyebrow on a different layer and just tween its movements. overall great job though, and quite a pretty eye!
