Two were in an awful drunk driving incident,, They were in a head on collision where the car slung around, threw Neil halfway out of the windshield onto the hood of the car,, struck a tree on the side and pinned Liam up against the steering wheel so hard it cracked his ribs and punctured his lungs- and he suffocated in his own blood. Neil wasnt wearing a seatbelt because he’s a cocky bastard and doesn’t listen to anyone And Liam Liam was just driving Anyways! Liam is *technically* an angel,, despite his rough looks. Neil is certainly a demon. Liam is ashamed of his brother,, and Neil tries his best to humiliate and taunt his brother

Also!! Their whole thing is supposed to kinda show that despite growing up together,, living in the same household- They still had such different lifestyles when it came to the end.
