I don't know what it is but yes, may you have a wonderful 4th of July! (I don't live in the US or anything, so ye)
in ohio, fireworks are blown at night from about 8:00 to 12:00. trust me, theres never a year where fireworks arent in the sky at night. sometimes, people even light them in the day, cause for some reason they are TOO F*CKING IMPATIENT TO WAIT LOL
And yes
Where I live, the law was that you can fire them till like 10am (i forgot maybe it was?) to midnight but LIKE YOU SAID THEY'RE SO IMPATIENT THEY JUST WASTE IN ON THE DAYLIGHT
AND NOW THE DUMB CITY BANNED THEM
