His name is Kigoi (pronounced kij-oy), here is some background info He was kinda inspired by Kyubey from Madoka Magica. He's basically a harmless(ish) version of him Kigoi is an otter-like creature than can have predictions of the future. Sometimes during the night, he will appear in people's dreams, warning them, or making them alert of what's to come. He never states exactly what happens, he just says something along the lines of "Things ahead aren't looking great..." or "Light is one the way," although he will often say something that hints at what the warning is related to. He never actually helps anyone, but will often give advice. He's kind of like a tiny fortune teller. He never appears to anyone in person or reality. The appendages that come out of his back connect to his brain. They are what make Kigoi, Kigoi. They are what let him predict what happens next. He never has them out unless he is trying to sense your future.
