LinkThis doesn't look that good... The proportions are off wack, the hair is over detailed, the eyes and cheeks are lazy as hell and the shading goes outside the lines...

OK!but I think it is not so bad :D The first thing I would change is just the very dark pink color under her cheeks.Everything is alright for me!
