Linkhey guys, as a white person im not allowed to decide what is or isnt racist towards people of color. you want to know why?
1. ive never experienced racism as a white person so i wouldnt know
2. it is far to easy to be able to manipulate the situation to normalize harmful things towards poc if white people are given that power, probably unconsciously too

Linklet the people who actually know what the **** they're talking about speak. it is definitely not ally moment to silence them and tell them what YOU think is harmful. it is also definitely not ally moment to especially tell them that something they're doing is harmful towards them and get on their ass for it.

Linkwhen a minority tells you, a hypothetical majority, that something you (or others in your group) is harmful towards them, ****ing listen. no matter how much you study them and learn about them you will never be able to walk in their shoes and you will never truly be able to decide for them what is harmful towards them. again you also really cant claim to support them if you dont listen to them when they tell you that something you're doing is shitty.

Link*something you did is harmful towards them. hell
ive seen so many ppl on here that arent mlm (or atleast man aligned nblm)/trans women use the f slur im actually going insane
ok this is probably unrelated but i felt like saying this bc it makes me genuinely uncomfortable to see lgbt cis girls use the f slur like its nothing and then say "i can say it bc its a slur anyone in the lgbt community can say" NO. the f slur literally means "failure as a man" do you really think that applies to the ENTIRE lgbt community...
