That's the problem my body is not being active enough during the day to sleep at night

I mean like this is starting to get to the point of me being tempted to get into the alcohol and just take a small sip before bed to make me tired

I know I'm starting to get desperate for sleep is all in fact that's part of why I come on FA is cause people make me think and thinking makes me tired somewhat idk how though

Eh but I'm always working cause I have school work non-stop so I can't get out and do things easily

Hell I'm better off in school with covid than I am now

Yea but even then my mom and dad will get upset with me if I do that so it's really hard to get the exercise I need to sleep

Yea hopefully qwq I really need to start taking my dog all over town with me again I nearly fell asleep with him when we got home once but I couldn't get any cause everyone kept on making me do things I was in pain the next day cause of that ÚvvÙ

Yea just have to make them fast or my parents will start sussing me cause I'm gone for like an hour just tiring us both out and they often like him calm anyway and he is being really needy with me lately cause even he knows that I need to do this more than my parents do
