The context: Cat dude became a bride. He married cat, who was his childhood friend since kindergarten. After the really long speech and the “I do”s, cat dude throws the bouquet and someone in the crowd (if there is any) would be there to catch it in hopes of also becoming a bride. To put it simply, cat dude is throwing the bouquet in a marriage ceremony.
