Edd was still quite upset from what Tord did but smiled at his two friends, “Sure.” He sat down on the couch, the one thing that survived from the attack.

He sighed as he slouched down onto the couch. Tom and Matt had been trying their best lately to cheer him up but alas nothing much worked, it had been two months since it all happened and yet, Edd still was affected rough.

“Matt.. I thought I taught you how to not burn the popcorn before... multiple times..” He said as he noticed how brown the popcorn looked.

He chuckled as he looked back towards the TV. A picture hung above it of all four of them but Tord’s face had been crossed out in black crayon.

Edd raised a brow as he got up from the couch and slowly walked to Tom’s side.

“Did you check to see who it was?” Edd asked, as he looked at the door then back at Tom.

((Obnoxiously* He huffed as he opened the door, his brown eyes widened at who he saw. Tord stood there, he looked way different then he used to. Half his face was bandaged up with old bandages that looked like they were falling apart. His right arm was missing. He was thin and dirty and his gray eyes looked dulled. He seemed to take notice of them both and jumped, “H-hel-“ he didn’t even get to finish his words as the door was slammed in his face.

Edd took a step back from the door. His eyes were wide as the traumatic memories replayed in his head. Ever since that all had happened he had daily panic attacks, they seemed to have been dying down but just now.. this seemed to be the worst one he’s ever experienced. He breathed heavily and gripped his chest with a shaky hand.

Edd didn’t seemed hear Tom as he continued to breathe heavily. He looked terrified.

He seemed to snap out of it, he still looked scared as he stared up at the door.

Edd sighed as he clenched his eyes shut, “I’m okay..”

Edd finally believed he was getting better but now.. he realized he wasn’t at all.

Tord stared at the door that had been slammed in his face and sighed. He regretted what he did and he just didn’t know what to do now. He had nobody. He had nothing.

He just slouched down and sat by the door, waiting.

“Y-yeah..” Edd said as he glanced at the door one last time then went to sit down with his friends.

Edd leaned his head back and sighed tiredly.

Edd chuckled tiredly.

There was a knock at the door. Edds eyes widened and started to panic again.

Edd clenched his fists and sighed, he walked over to the door and answered it.

It was too late. The door was already open and Edd faced Tord, glaring into his eyes with an emotionless look.

“E-Edd...?” Tord looked up at him, Tom and Matt. His voice was quiet and sounded weak.

He glanced over at Tom then down at his feet sadly, “I-I just wanted to apologize..”

“Yes! Y-you guys I really am sorry for what I did...” He said, his voice quivered as he was on the verge of tears.

Edd and Tord both glared at Matt in annoyance.

Edd facepalmed as Tord just glared.

“I assumed you’d say that.. so in return for your forgiveness I will do anything you guys wish...” He mumbled

“Anything!” He pleaded, getting down on his knees. Edd stared at his old friend, he couldn’t help but feel bad for him.. no matter how much he hated him now.

“Alright alright Matt.. I’ll make you popco-“ He started but was interrupted by Edd hugging him.

“I promise I will make it up to you guys.. somehow..” He mumbled as he hugged Edd tightly with his one arm.

Edd led Tord inside the apartment cautiously.

“Matt calm down for a second would you..?” Tord grumbled.

“Shut up Thomas..” He growled. “Tord if you don’t quit it and show some respect I will have no problem kicking you out of here.” Edd growled back at him.

“Whatever..” Tord rolled his eye. Edd sighed, “Tord I will also have no problem getting you a leash and a muzzle so you shut up with your smart ass remarks..”

Tord growled at Edd. “Tom. Get the leash.” Edd huffed.

“No Edd are you serious- AND MATT WOULD YOU SHUT UP!” “AND THE MUZZLE TOO!” Edd called back to Tom.

“Alright I’ll hold him down you get that stuff on him. Matt help me over here.”

((W h y a m I d o i n g t h i s l m a o “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU ASSHOLE DOING!?” Tord snarled. Edd held down his legs, “Matt hold down his arm!”

“TOM STOP IT!” Tord yelled, trying to punch Tom but Matt held down his arm tightly, plus he was super weak now so it wouldn’t have done much.

“MMPH-“ Tord tried to yell at him but the muzzle clamped his mouth shut.”

Edd shrugged, “I dunno I thought it would make Tom happen, and it so that we know that we’re able to trust Tord.” Tord muffled an angry yell at them.

“Of course he will! Look here.” He pulled a remote out of his pocket. “It’s a shock collar remote.” ((Edd w h y

“After all he’s done this is the only way we can really trust him..” Edd growled and looked away, heading off to his room angrily.

Tord gasped for air, “oH THANK GOD”

Tord glanced over at Tom with wides eyes.. or eye. “B-but Tom.. I thought you hated me... also w-what’s gotten into Edd..?”

Tord raised a brow but ignored it, “Well.. I really am sorry for what I did..” He mumbled, “Do you guys by any chance have spare bandages..?”

“Thanks..” He carefully loosened the bandages on his face, revealing the scars and his missing eye.

He looked in the direction of Matt’s room, “Huh?”

“Should.. we go check on him..?” He suggested as he finished putting new bandages over his face.

“Heh.. thanks..”

((O h n o He smiled back at him then turned away, why was his enemy being nice to him..?

“Okay yeah maybe we should go check on him now..” He mumbled.

He slowly walked over to his room and went to go knock on the door.

Tord jumped back from the loud yell but stepped back towards the door, “Matt? You alright in there..?”

He gently opened the door and peeked in.

He walked in awkwardly, “Uhh Matt..? Everything alright in here..?”

His eyes widened as he jumped back in surprise.

He covered his eyes, “Jesus Matt..”
