in this world or story (or whatever im doing) magic is rather new thing so everyone is trying to learn about it, especially the royals and and other forms of power and with the arrival of the body of a "dead god" is not helping anything. so this is a puppet, it is semi sentient it can do tasks and other things granted you have to teach it if it doesn't already know it and it can make choices based on what you requested, it cannot speak and is a experiment so the lesser royal family that it was assigned to has to keep an eye on it
